Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? Here’s how it works.

Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Simply email us with your order ID as early as possible.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or contact us for help. Eligible cases are handled under our Return & Refund policies.

Refund on Cancellation

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
