When Refunds Apply

Because sanitary pads are personal-hygiene products, opened or used items cannot be refunded. Refunds are offered where an order is damaged, defective or incorrect on arrival, or where an order is cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For eligible prepaid orders, the amount is credited back to the same account used at checkout.

Non-Refundable Items

Opened packs, used products and items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund, in line with hygiene and safety standards.
